Terms and Conditions of Use 

& Membership Agreement

By subscribing to or otherwise using or engaging with Women Physicians Collective LLC (together with its affiliates, managers, owners, agents and representatives, “WPC”) and its associated content or social spaces, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and expressly consent to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Website Use

Access to general public pages of www.womenphysicianscollective.com does not require a membership. By using the Website in any capacity—including browsing, reading content, or submitting information through forms—you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. No Healthcare or Professional Services

WPC organizes and facilitates a community and platform focused on support, connection, and personal growth for women physicians (including MDs, DOs, and MBBSs). It is explicitly understood that WPC does not provide healthcare, medical, nutritional, mental health, or any other professional services. WPC does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any physical, mental, emotional or social conditions, nor does it provide professional coaching, financial, legal, or other regulated professional advice.

3. Informational Purposes Only

While the founder of WPC is a physician, their participation in this community does not establish a patient-physician relationship between the founder or WPC and any user. Users who participate in the WPC community are or may be physicians, but participation does not, in and of itself, establish a patient-physician relationship between or among users that is hosted, endorsed or sanctioned by WPC, and WPC is not responsible for the creation or maintenance of any professional relationship established between or among users. No information exchanged within WPC, whether by WPC or by any of its users, and whether in public forums, private chats, or live sessions, should be construed as establishing a patient-physician, therapist-patient, or any other professional-client relationship. 

All content and information exchanged within WPC is for informational and educational purposes only. It should not be considered or used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. While using WPC, you agree to abide by all professional requirements applicable to you, including without limitation all ethical obligations and HIPAA confidentiality requirements. Without limitation, violation of any such requirements shall be cause for immediate removal from access to WPC and its associated social spaces and content in WPC’s sole discretion.

4. Professional Medical Advice

Always seek the advice of your own qualified physician or other healthcare provider for any questions or concerns you may have regarding your health. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of information obtained through WPC.

5. Medication and Treatment

Do not start, stop, or modify any medications or treatment plans without first consulting with your own medical or mental health provider.

6. Emergency Situations

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek immediate medical attention from a qualified healthcare provider or call emergency services. WPC is not a substitute for any medical care.

7. Subscription Terms

Women Physicians Collective LLC (WPC) operates on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to be charged automatically according to your selected payment plan if you are not in a free trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please follow the instructions within your Mighty Networks account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point your access to WPC will cease. Please note that WPC does not provide refunds for any partial subscription periods or unused portions of the service.

8. One-Time Charges

Women Physicians Collective LLC (WPC) may offer one-time event, course, or content charges for different offerings. By paying for a one-time event fee, you acknowledge and understand that WPC does not provide refunds for inability to attend the event or unused portions of the event/course/product/service. As with all WPC offerings, no specific outcomes or results are guaranteed from participation in these one-time events, courses, or content.

9. Use of Discernment

You are responsible for exercising your own judgment, due diligence, and critical thinking when evaluating any information, recommendations, or suggestions provided within WPC. It is your responsibility to determine whether any information, recommendations, or suggestions provided within WPC are appropriate for your individual circumstances. You are advised to verify any information before using it for personal, professional, financial, legal, or business purposes. Any decisions you make based on information or discussions within WPC are at your own risk.

10. No Warranties or Guarantees; Opinions

WPC and its founder, managers, owner agents or representatives do not make any warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information shared within the community, nor do we warrant or guarantee any specific outcomes or results or its fitness for a particular purpose. Any opinion expressed by any user of WPC is the opinion of such user and shall not be construed to be the opinion of WPC or endorsed by WPC.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither WPC nor its founder, managers, owners agents or representatives shall be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of or reliance on any information provided within the WPC community. You agree that you will not join or seek to join WPC to any claim or dispute by or between users or any other person, including between a physician and a patient, due to your use of information provided within the WPC community. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own health, well-being, safety, and actions, including compliance with any professional responsibilities and regulations.

12. Release of Claims

By participating in WPC, you agree to release and hold harmless WPC and its founder, managers, owner agents or representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action, whatsoever, arising out of or related to your use of WPC.

13. Non-Distribution Agreement

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, share, or otherwise disseminate any materials or content from WPC without the express written consent of WPC, including but not limited to discussions, posts, documents, videos, or audio recordings.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through WPC—including videos, graphics, logos, course materials, community content, and written resources—is the property of Women Physicians Collective LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No part of the content may be copied, modified, distributed, or used without written permission. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

15. External and Affiliate Links Disclaimer

Women Physicians Collective may contain links to external websites that are not provided or maintained by or in any way affiliated with WPC. WPC does not guarantee the accuracy, adequacy, relevance, validity, reliability, availability, timeliness, or completeness of any information on these external websites.

WPC may have a financial relationship with some of the resources we mention. Some links may be affiliate links, which means WPC may get compensated at no extra cost to you if you make a purchase through a link. Our content, including content for education and opinions WPC expresses on products, services, and resources is not influenced in any way by advertisers or affiliate partnerships and the integrity of our content is in no way compromised by such financial relationships.

WPC only affiliates with products, services, and resources that WPC believes will provide value to our community members. It remains solely your personal responsibility to conduct your own investigation to determine whether to purchase an affiliate product or service. WPC will not be held liable or responsible for any damages resulting from your purchase.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in New Hampshire.

17. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of Women Physicians Collective LLC services, content, or membership shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit. Arbitration shall take place in New Hampshire, United States. 

Each party shall be responsible for their own legal fees and costs associated with the arbitration. This clause shall survive termination of your use of the Website or membership.

18. Updates to These Terms

These disclaimers may be updated intermittently, and continued use of WPC constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
