If this thought has crossed your mind — even once — this is for you.

"I can't do 30 years like this."

Women Physicians Collective is a private, physician-only membership built around the three things medicine never gave you — real community, genuine connection, and CME that actually applies to your life.

JOIN A GROWING COMMUNITY OF WOMEN PHYSICIANS WHO HAVE STOPPED DOING THIS ALONE.

Most members spend 10-30 minutes a week inside the collective. Some come to everything. Others drop in when they need it.

The collective is here for you on clinic days, call weeks, and everything in between.

HOW THIS STARTED

When did medicine start feeling like this?

You can be surrounded by colleagues all day and still feel completely alone.

You carry the weight. You hold it together. You perform at a high level. And there's nowhere to actually talk about what this feels like. Not fully. Not honestly.

Medicine trained us to hold urgency, grief, and responsibility all at once.

From the outside, it probably looks like you're thriving. But inside, something feels off — maybe it's the question that shows up on your drive home, or at 4am when you're answering yet another page:

"Can I actually keep doing this?"

There has to be another way to practice medicine. One that doesn't require losing yourself in the process.

HERE'S WHAT I'VE FOUND

The exhaustion, the disconnection, the quiet wondering if this is just how it is forever — none of that is a personal failure.

It's a predictable outcome of a system that asks an extraordinary amount from extraordinary people, without ever asking how they're doing.

You don't struggle because you lack information. You struggle because you're processing everything alone, there's no space to be fully honest, and the system you work in was never built for you to feel supported.

Being around people isn't the same as being understood.

lets change that

What if the missing piece wasn't a better schedule — it was the right people?

JUST IMAGINE FOR A SECOND...

  • Ending a brutal shift and opening your phone to a community that already knows what that shift cost you.

  • Having real language for the moments that used to leave you frozen — the guilt trips, the colleague who keeps pushing, the friend who wants free medical advice at every soccer game.

  • Earning CME on perimenopause, physician identity, and burnout — topics that actually show up in your real life.

  • Belonging to a monthly space to exhale, think out loud, and hear from women who are navigating the exact same thing.

  • Being the one who gets checked on for once — instead of always being the dependable one that everyone else leans on.

THIS IS WHAT WE BUILT

Meet Women Physicians Collective.

WPC is a membership for women physicians who want support that actually fits their lives. It's built around three things that are often missing in medicine — community, connection, and women-centered CME.

Inside, you'll find a private physician-only community where you don't have to explain yourself, conversations that remind you why you chose this work, and meaningful women's health CME that applies to your real life.

All in one place.

This isn't coaching. It isn't therapy. It isn't a productivity system. It's a place where women physicians show up honestly, support each other practically, and stop doing this alone. And it isn't a program you complete.

It's a place you stay.

HOW THE COLLECTIVE IS STRUCTURED

Here's exactly what's waiting for you inside.

Because you've been burned by vague promises before, and you deserve to know exactly what you're walking into.

COMMUNITY

THE ROOM WHERE NOBODY NEEDS YOU TO EXPLAIN.

The Physician's Lounge

WPC's private, physician-only community hub. This is where you show up honestly, ask the questions you can't ask anywhere else, and find women who already understand the full context of your life — no briefing required. Structured prompts three times a week keep real conversations happening, not just when something goes wrong, but consistently, so the connection actually builds over time.

Women at Every Career Stage

Brand-new attendings, mid-career physicians, established leaders, and women navigating what comes after clinical medicine. Every stage is here, and every stage belongs.

Ongoing Discussions

Real conversations happening every day — not just during scheduled events. The kind of exchanges that make you feel less alone on a Tuesday night after a hard shift.

You've been the strong one in every room for a long time.

This one's different.

CONNECTION

FOR THE PHYSICIAN WHO HASN'T HAD A REAL RESET IN LONGER THAN SHE CAN REMEMBER

Monthly Physician-Led Workshops

One workshop every month, designed to help you decompress, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Sessions include breathwork, creative practices, mindset work, and restorative experiences — led by physicians who understand what you're walking in with. These are things most physicians wouldn't try alone, but inside a trusted space, they land differently. Replays are always available, because your schedule isn't always predictable.

The 5Ps Monthly Framework

Each month inside the Collective is shaped by one of five principles — Play, Protect, Purpose, Power, and Pause. They're not assignments. They're an invitation to think about your life from a different angle, one month at a time.

Practical Toolkits and Resources Boundary scripts, reflection guides, and practical frameworks you can pick up and use the same week. No theory for the sake of theory. Everything here was built for a physician who has limited time and needs something that actually works.

AI Playground Built for Physicians

Copy-and-paste AI tools designed specifically for physician life — chart notes, difficult emails, meal planning, patient handouts, and more. Built to reduce mental load and give you back time you didn't know you could reclaim.

Notes from the Call Room

The WPC newsletter lands in your inbox a few times a month. Sometimes it's a deep dive into something worth thinking about. Sometimes it's a curated list of things worth your attention. Once a month it has one job — make you feel good. Because your inbox has enough weight already.

This is what it feels like when support actually fits into your real life.

CME

CREDIT FOR THE EDUCATION YOU ACTUALLY WANT

The Empowered Woman CME Series

Earn up to 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ annually through women-centered CME that supports you as much as your patients. Live sessions and on-demand replays so you earn on your timeline, not someone else's.

Topics include the clinical and personal realities of women physicians — perimenopause, pelvic floor health, physician identity, moral injury, advocacy, and more. This isn't CME you click through on double speed. It's CME you'll actually remember.

(Available with Quarterly and Annual memberships.)

The CME Bridge

After each session, we bring it back to you — not as a clinician, but as a person. What did this surface for you? How does this apply to your life, not just your patients? This is what makes it different from every other CME you've done. The credit counts. But this is the part you'll actually carry with you.

(Available with Quarterly and Annual memberships.)

Up to 12 credits (+3 BONUS!).

Topics that matter.

No hotel or travel required.

ANNUAL MEMBER EXTRAS

A LITTLE MORE FOR THE PHYSICIANS

WHO DECIDE TO STAY ALL YEAR

The Collective Welcome Package

Annual members receive a small, thoughtful package from JMac after joining — a personal welcome and a few meaningful touches to mark the beginning of your time inside WPC.

Member Spotlights

We believe in women supporting women — in the real, grounded, here-is-my-actual-colleague way. Members who wish to share their work, research, advocacy, or personal milestones may be featured in the newsletter, inside the community, or on social media. Book launch, publication, leadership role, personal win — we celebrate all of it.

You've celebrated a lot of other people's milestones.

We want to celebrate yours.

SIMPLE, FLEXIBLE OPTIONS.

Choose what works for you right now.

Before you look at the numbers — consider this.

Most CME weekends cost $800–$2,800. Before flights and a hotel. And you often leave with credits but nothing that actually supports you as a person. How many times have you left a conference wishing you could keep those conversations going — the ones that remind you why you chose this work?

WPC was built to be that space, all year. An annual membership costs less than a single CME weekend, includes up to 12 credits, and gives you a place where those conversations never have to end.

LET'S RECAP

With your WPC membership, you will...

Finally have a community that already understands the full context of your life — no translation required, no explaining from the beginning. You'll have monthly workshops that actually restore you, practical tools you can use the same week, honest conversations that go deeper than anything available to you right now, and CME that connects to your real life instead of just your license.

You'll have a place to put the weight down for a minute.

And women to put it down with.

REAL RESULTS FROM REAL PHYSICIANS

You don't become someone new.

You become more yourself again.

WITHIN THE FIRST FEW WEEKS,

MOST MEMBERS EXPERIENCE:

  • Relief from not feeling alone in their experience

  • Real conversations they haven't been able to have anywhere else

  • Clarity on something they've been stuck on for months

  • A shift in how they think about limits and decisions at work and at home

OVER TIME, THAT BECOMES:

  • Clearer, more consistent boundaries that actually hold

  • Faster, more confident decision-making

  • Less emotional carryover from work into the rest of your life

  • A stronger sense of control over your career

  • Medicine that feels more sustainable — not because the system changed, but because you're no longer navigating it alone

ONE

You won’t feel alone in this anymore.

Not in a vague, motivational way. In a real, specific, “someone just said exactly what I’ve been thinking” way. That feeling compounds quickly.

TWO

You’ll have language for the hard moments.

Boundary scripts, reframes, real words for real situations. The kind of language that turns moments that used to leave you frozen into ones you can actually move through.

THREE

You'll navigate medicine differently.

Because you’re no longer stuck in your own head. You have perspective, support, and space to think. Not because medicine suddenly gets easier, but because you’re not navigating it alone anymore.

THE ROOM IS OPEN.

Your people are already here.

You've been doing this alone long enough.

And you don't have to have it all figured out before you walk in.

That's exactly what this is space is for.

MEET YOUR HOST

Hi! I'm JMac.

I want to take you back to a call room in residency.

It's 2am during a 28-hour PICU shift. After intubating a baby, I sat down on the bed, panic rising in my chest.

What scared me most wasn't the panic attack.

It was realizing I had no idea who I was anymore outside of being a doctor.

So I did what any millennial would do. I Googled: "how to find yourself — woman."

That search led me into spaces that had nothing to do with medicine. Women from all different backgrounds, talking honestly about their lives. And I remember thinking — we don't have this in medicine.

Being in that kind of space didn't change everything overnight. But I started to feel like myself again. And it made me realize how much connection actually matters.

That's why I created Women Physicians Collective — the space I wish I'd had that night in the call room.

I'm a double board-certified pediatric hospitalist and co-founder of the 150,000-member U.S. COVID-19 Physician/APP Facebook group. I'm not a guru. I'm a physician friend walking this journey alongside you. That's what this space is about.

Jessica McIntyre, MD, FAAP

HAVE QUESTIONS?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a practicing physician to join?

You need to be a physician — but you don't have to be actively practicing. Physicians in transition, those stepping back from clinical medicine, and those figuring out what comes next are all welcome here. Every stage belongs.

Is this only for certain specialties?

Not at all. Women physicians across every specialty and career stage are here — primary care, surgery, hospital medicine, academic medicine, private practice, and everything in between. The common thread isn't your specialty. It's your experience as a woman in medicine.

Do you offer discounts for residents or fellows?

Yes. Email connect@womenphysicianscollective.com for resident and fellow pricing — annual access is available for $100 for the entire year. We want you here early, not after medicine has already taken everything.

What if I don't have time?

The community is designed to fit into the time you already have. Show up when you can. There's no attendance requirement and no pressure. Replays exist for exactly this reason.

What is the different between the tiers?

The monthly tier is your entry point — community access, workshops, and toolkits with no CME. Quarterly and annual tiers add the Empowered Woman CME Series and earn up to 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ annually. Annual saves about 11% compared to enrolling quarterly.

Is this therapy or coaching?

No — and that distinction matters. WPC is a peer community. You are not a patient here and I am not your therapist or your coach. What you'll find inside is honest conversation, physician-to-physician support, and a space to think out loud with women who understand your world. We may offer special coaching or guest workshops throughout the year, but those are standalone experiences — not what the community is built on. If you're looking for mental health support, we always encourage working with a qualified professional. This community can absolutely exist alongside that.

How do I know the community will actually be active?

This community is as active as you want it to be. Fair question though — most of us have joined groups that looked good and went quiet in two weeks. WPC is different because it's structured: prompts three times a week inside The Lounge keep real conversations happening consistently, not just when something goes wrong, and monthly workshops give members a regular reason to show up together. Right now WPC is intentionally small — and honestly, that's one of the best things about it. The physicians who are here are genuinely showing up, building real friendships, and learning how to support each other in ways that only happen when a community is still close-knit.

THE ROOM IS OPEN.

Come find your people.

You built the career. You kept showing up.

Now come somewhere that shows up for you.
