I built this community because I need it too.
During residency, I realized I had no idea who I was outside of being a doctor. Years later, infertility forced me to completely reimagine what a meaningful life could look like. In both of those seasons, I didn't need more advice. I needed a place to reconnect — to myself, to my values, and to women who understood the full context of my life without me having to explain it from the beginning.
Women Physicians Collective brings together the best parts of a professional organization, a facilitated group space, and an online community — without the overwhelm, the pressure, or the performative wellness energy.
It's the space I wish I'd had then.
And the one I'm genuinely grateful to be part of now.
